Milemark is a free, publicly accessible website that summarizes publicly available federal vehicle data — NHTSA consumer complaints, safety recalls, defect investigations and manufacturer technical service bulletins — by vehicle make and model. Milemark does not sell, list, broker, finance, inspect or appraise vehicles, and has no relationship with any dealer, manufacturer or seller. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Every figure on this site is derived from federal records that are themselves self-reported by owners, manufacturers, or government agencies, and are not independently verified by Milemark. Counts, mileage figures, and write-ups may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors carried over from the source data. Milemark makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information on this site, and disclaims all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Nothing on Milemark is professional, mechanical, safety, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to purchase, avoid, finance, or sell any specific vehicle. Milemark reports what federal records show about a make and model in general — it does not inspect, does not know the condition or history of any individual vehicle, and cannot substitute for a pre-purchase inspection by a qualified mechanic. Decisions you make based on this site are your own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milemark and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or the data it presents, including any vehicle purchase or sale decision.

Underlying complaint, recall, investigation, and service-bulletin data comes from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), a U.S. government agency. Milemark's write-ups, groupings, and summaries are original work built from that public data. See the Methodology page for how figures are computed.

You may browse and use Milemark for personal, non-commercial reference. Automated bulk scraping or republishing of Milemark's write-ups and derived figures without permission is not permitted. Ordinary search-engine indexing is welcome.

These terms may change as the site develops (for example, if paid accounts are introduced). Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
